Recently some friends and I got into a discussion about the balance a student and an individual, for that matter, must accept in order to be successful. This balance involves saying "No".
I know, I know...
as leaders we are more inclined to say "yes" and juggle our varied tasks respectfully but it can be overwhelming to do so. Besides, it is more important to concentrate and make better what you already have going for you. You can not excel in everything but you can surely be excellent in select things.
Remember:
You are the product of all your most recent accomplishments:)
